Pompano Paul is a brand of Magnetic Media LLC (formerly Magnetic Marketing AI LLC) ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through pompanopaul.com and our text messaging program, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, company, email address, mobile phone number, and anything you write in a form or message (for example, a story you want to share).
Your messaging choices, including whether you agreed to receive text messages and when.

To reply to you and follow up on what you asked about.
To schedule and confirm interviews for the show.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send you messages about Pompano Paul: signup confirmations, interview scheduling and reminders, replies to your questions, and notices of new episodes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run our website, contact management and messaging on our behalf (for example, our CRM and SMS providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us, and when required by law. As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're in touch with you and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it. We keep records of opt-outs so we can honor them.
